March 10th: Resilience Hike

Join the NorCal Resilience Network for the first in our series of Inner Resilience Hikes, at the beautiful Redwood Regional Park. This is a great opportunity to meet fellow change makers in a beautiful setting, reconnect with nature

We'll meet at 10am at the Canyon Meadow Staging Area (the first picnic area located at the main Redwood Park gate, off of Redwood Road). We'll hike up the Stream Trail as our energy level allows. We will do some ice breaker activities, and identify flora and fauna as we walk (and record on iNaturalist if you want to!).

Please see map here:

Kids are welcome and depending on group size, we can split into two groups - one that walks faster than the other. Goal is to walk at least 2-3 miles, but we'll be flexible depending on what people want to do.

Please bring a water bottle and snacks, layered clothing and a back pack to put it in.
*Heavy Rain Cancels* -- We will post the status of this hike by 9 am on Sunday, if the weather looks iffy.
Please text Ayako at 510-717-1420 if you have any questions or concerns.

Please download the iNaturalist app on your phone beforehand, here:
https://www.inaturalist.org

We'll choose a lunch spot afterwards, if anyone wants to eat grub afterwards.
